Pilatese praktika aitab suurendada selgroo liikuvust, mis on oluline osa \u00fcldisest kehahoiakust ja liikumisvabadusest. Samuti aitavad pilatese harjutused tugevdada s\u00fcvalihaseid, mis omakorda toetab keha \u00fcldist tervist. Props pilatese tundides kasutame erinevaid abivahendeid, mis toetavad keha ja aitavad hoida \u00f5iget joondust.
